Meet The Team
DD. Hannah Burgess
Pastor and Doctor of Divinity
Pastor DD. Hannah Burgess was trained and mentored under Bishop Darren Page for 14 years until she was released to form her first non-for -profit organization, Vision to Plant Foundation. As a standing Prophetic leader and a Doctorate in Divinity it has afforded me the opportunity to use my education and gifts to establish this Training Center. This organization's mission is to reach souls and empower the community. Vision to Plant known as VTP has a conglomerate of Pastors and Leaders who are dedicated to make a better and healthier infrastructure within the city. 2003 under Pastor Darren Page, she was mentored and trained and eventually released to start Vision to Plant Foundation after 12 years. Vision to Plant connected her with a host of great Pastors and a Mayoral cabinet. In 2015 Apostle Kathy Hughes stood as great support, mentor, and visionary partner in a great time of transition paving the way to the unified purpose under her Upstate Diocese Church of the Living God.
Pastor Hannah has now launched two initiatives, Destiny Assignment Christian Center (known as D.A.) for Utica and Albany, New York - with the mission set in place by God, to teach, activate and release these men and women of God into their destinies. In 2017 Pastor Hannah Burgess received her Doctorate in Divinity, and Doctor Burgess is determined to put it to use- by working on her next project, an innovative Charter School in the Upstate region.
Sharmayne VanDyke
President Destiny Assignment and Director of Elitist Business Programs
She has worked in the community outreach field for over a decade. She has been a survivor of personal sickness, only arriving at stronger faith. Her battle scars only heightened the remembrance of God’s faithfulness in her life...everyone has a story. President VanDyke leads the Community Outreach sector of D.A. in a newly assigned position, which she has embraced through her educational background in Psychology, and specialization in mental and practical guidance to those who need services. These stabilizing factors make her the perfect new team member for oversight, and development of D.A.'s Elitist Business Programs which is a Community Outreach-based program. Her firm hand with straightforward leadership; will avail her to create a great foundational structure. President VanDyke is dedicated to helping communities arrive at healthy mental, financial and spiritual frontiers, empowering families to have successful life outcomes within these arenas.
Senora Vandyke Harris
Director of Finance
Senora Harris, a full-fledged woman carrying all the ingredients of excellence. She has been a consistent leader in the NYC Housing authority rather than being asked to do the books, or manage their apartment complexes.
Senora VanDyke Harris stood in this position for 31 years. Her doubtless interaction with all types of personalities, finance monitoring, and even advocacy when required, shows the merit of character. These ingredients are proven abilities that are an honorable and comparable asset in the D.A. treasury sector.
Director of Security Systems in D.A.
Chris Harris
Has earned his position as the leading force to bring innovation through excellence by security enforcement, high standards, and team. He stands as a multi-flexible partner to DA as he assists in finance and in Kings to Men. He leads the way in helping Kings to understand that business financial success is a trial, error, and then prosperity. Director Harris has built his own security business with over 13yrs. Of painstaking hard work, he has teams that travel throughout New Jersey, New York, California, and Florida. He has innovatively created a package of traveling protection with a record of satisfaction and follow-through being his resume of accolades from his patrons. His determination and ingenuity is quality we couldn’t do without as his team and/or the teams he establishes to ensure safe passage in our new team member training process
Senior Manager of Men to Kings Program
William Chastine
William Chastine was also known by his teammates as Rook I. The Rook is the ultimate chess piece that guards the King and the Queen on the chessboard. The piece is a piece of work it uses its’ force and strategies to accomplish the goals of protection with complete compliance that the leaders (King and Queen) are adhered to and kept safe.
He is the Rook 1 growing up with hardcore life issues all through his teens, even into adulthood. He served in the streets as one who got his way through unsavory vices but with the hard hand of God’s love Rook 1 stands as a work of transformation. He now has a passion to take back the streets for the Kingdom using the methods of success and empowerment for men- to Kings. Rook’s grit, relentless drive to see people better themselves- God first then life gets better- his believing motto. This theme of thought will always win the day and create change for the men who hunger for it. Rook1 along with his assistants will be the tie that binds men together, pointing, guiding, and even assisting them; one program at a time to victory through destiny. These Kings will finally know what they were born for - born to be great.
Senior Manager of Media and Productions
Ladonna Kelley
Ms. Kelley has started with D.A.. at its bare roots, her intensity to produce in the entertainment industry has put her on center stage performing and theatre displaying her talents. Her journey though far from over has begun its first steps to being recognized in the field where she will lead DA departments within this industry with the same passion and conviction.
Her story is beating and facing a life-threatening illness, carrying the role of mother and a beady eye hopeful business owner. We are excited at the strength and stamina in which she will help, assist and perform on center stage- taking destiny - at D.A. right there with her.
Director of DA Alumni Connection
Willjavian Dawson
Home-grown Willjavian Dawson was raised in an unusual atmosphere of uniqueness. Director of DA Alumni Connection, as a youth Will, experienced an epiphany to take charge of his education by making it happen. He sought out his GED to pass the test and here we are watching him step into the political arena. Will has a story of finding himself, home comforts, and relationship definement. He went through all these Isors, yet keeps walking to Destiny. He holds his Master’s Degree charting the way for others of limitations to take charge of their destiny and just do it. As a training center member, he is preparing a path towards graduating. Will is the ultimate alumnus before he walks out the door, he is the DA’s presence that will light the way for others, by his example, strength, and perseverance to make change for the betterment of others- the only way he has is by being God-centered destiny driven.
