Who We Are:

SEEK is a youth-focused initiative operated by VTP, designed to support teens ages 16–18 who are on probation or parole in Troy, NY. Through creative outreach, deep mentorship, and personal development, SEEK empowers youth to break cycles of violence and make powerful new choices for their lives.

We rebuild identity. We foster dreams. We help stabilize behavior through a layered approach that includes spiritual, emotional, and professional growth.

The Seek Journey:

Outreach & Connection

We reach out through local families, community partners, and the court system to identify young people ready for change.

SOW

Building Trust

Through 1-on-1 and small group sessions, youth begin to explore new ways of thinking and engaging. Starter kits with journals, headphones, and Chromebooks (for use) help support their growth.

WATER

Skills & Self-Discovery

We provide engaging workshops like:

“Destiny Assignment” (self-discovery course)
“Music as Therapy” group sessions
Education and job-readiness support
Worship and empowerment events
